What the Henkel, MrE?

You would think that an addictive personality applies to people who do drugs, alcohol or some other not to be mentioned here addiction. But there are soooo much more tooo it…I have an addictive personality! No you don’t get addicted to me, nor do I get addicted to you (maybe you wish? ;). But my lovely wife politly points out now and then that I have an addictive personality meaning I get sucked into things.

I’d be reading a book and not hearing a thing and all I want to do is finish the page and read the next one, solution: Hide all books….;) (I mostly read during flights and well when I am on vacation). Now that’s what I call a safe addition…except I am not exactly social.

My latest addication is Assassin’s Creed a PS3 game (alos available to other platforms), awesome graphics nice story and rich enviroment (sounds like a commercial, so just buy the game now!). So I am running around the rooftops of three different cities in the crusader period, saving citizens, pickpocketing (whenever that is required), and killing bad people. But the problem is so far all the assassinations have been too people who think they are doing good…but my guy keeps following the big bosses order…I sense a betrayal on the horizon!

Psst: I can feed my addiction from bed, can you?

Hello blog world…
My very first blog post…I refused Face Book, I stood up against the peer pressure of LiveJournal but folded to to this. Our very own site, What the henkel is up with that?

Anyway my mission before padawan arrives has been numerous with challenges that has left me sleepless and unshaven for weeks, even days. But one of them has today been completed (ok yes I am not done yet!), remove the video - sound cables going across the livingroom floor. The cables are used to play video from the PC to the TV…(very nice function!). However the new TV in the bedroom didn’t get this nice service…hence the need for an improved Media Center…and of course remove the cables so padawan can focus her energy on some other cables or stuff on the floor.

PS3 was the choice…simply cause it looks good (very good)!!! So today after buying this black sleek thing I tried to set it up…not easy but I got it working (ok I almost gave up!!!). Red Kawa as File server on the PC and voila I can download files to the PS3 and play them! Tomorrow: remove the cables!

We also bought some games, so I have been practising my skills as a race car driver…best position so far: 2 (usually I end up last or second last). SEGA rally…can’t wait to try my new driving skills on the road (let go of the gas flip the wheel and then full gas…nice slide through curve style…)

Pssst: Don’t mess with network settings, gives you grey hairs!
